Good location near city and old town (visiting by foot doable). Nice bay view. Roomly clean apartment and good clean beds.
Apartment door and door locking (lock) should be repaired / renewed (was not looking reliable). AC (or some other machinery) was making too much noise in master bedroom. Quite busy road beside ... some traffic noise.
