We had to wait one hour before getting in, the place smelled cigarette so bad, there were no pots and pans to cook and no dish soap and sponge to wash the dishes, the appartement was not super clean and one of the pillow smelled like cigarette, the sofa had a lot of cigarette stains. They do not respond on the Agoda app and on WhatsApp and the wifi did not work even when I told them they did nothing… very disappointing …
