Looks just like the photos, beds were comfortable and host was responsive. One bed was a king, rather than all of them being queens as listed, but worked perfectly for us. It wasn’t in the listing, but through the dining room window it seemed as though there was a fenced backyard, that also had a dog pen.
Front porch and stairs could be replaced, they’re very slanted and stairs feel unstable. Two of the bed frames were very creaky, the nails holding the stair nosing were poking out, so socks kept getting stuck and you had to be cautious to watch out for them. We found a previous renters used tissues behind a curtain in the living area. And there is a groundhog with tunnels around and under the front porch

The location in the city, but the neighborhood was run down
The front porch looked like it would collapse also there were animal noises from the attic.
