Great position for access to main roads to experience Central Ireland. Clean property with clean bedding and lounge area.
Rooms could be slightly cleaner. During my visit and I'm not saying it will happen to you, but bearing in mind there are quiet hours stated, I put up with a rather noisy party on a Saturday night that finished at 2.30am ! My flight was at 5am so you can appreciate the frustration.

great location, it's approximately an hour outside of Dublin off the highway, perfect for my need as I don't want to say in city center. Gerard the host is a great person & I enjoy our chats, learned that he bought the place & fixed it all by himself throughout the year, huge respect to that. The room & bed are comfortable and clean, the breakfast is simple but good. I am someone who have stayed in all kind of accommodation during my frequent travel (from sleep in car to 5 stars hotels), and I would say this place has one of the best price-to-value balance. I would stay again in my next visit to Ireland
