420 Friendly BOHO Loft Downtown KING suite FREE parking

Great decor, super spacious, high ceilings, very comfortable bed. excellent bars and restaurants nearby. responsive host.

Basically everything was great just recommend a few minor things that would make the stay much better

Coffee pods were hidden and not enough sugar, no water bottles in the fridge, no scissors in drawer, curtains were a little short and light filtering I feel like 185 was a little high for one night we didn’t dirty enough to get charged 45 for a cleaning fee but it is what it is. But other than that it was very comfy

This place is just as the pictures show. VERY cool vibe, super comfy bed and linens, you can see the Ambassador bridge outside the window and the building itself has a really unique design. The entire apartment is thoughtfully supplied with necessities and has a lot of cool old building charm. There's a gated parking lot included as well which is awesome because parking downtown can be tricky. I don't know if this is mentioned in the listing, but it's directly across from Green Dot Stables restaurant too! This was a huge bonus for us as it's one of our favorite restaurants and we were able to put our name on the waitlist and go back to the apartment and wait for the text that our table was ready. There's also a dispensary in the apartment building and the location is minutes from pretty much everything downtown. The host was very responsive and kind also! Getting in was easy, I received the instructions for the lock box via email. They were easy to follow and it was easy to get in. Overall, we loved this place and it will absolutely be our go to spot for future Detroit stays!

We really loved the place and I don't have anything that I didn't like about it but something that might be helpful for future guests to know is that the instructions said the remote for the gate was in the lockbox but the host let me know it was inside the unit ahead of time so it was no big deal. Also, if you come in the front door of the building, you have to go through I think two more doors to get to the part of the hallway where the apartment is located. You just walk straight down the hall, go through the door at the end, and repeat until you get there. If you go in the back door, (you have to be inside the gated parking lot to get to the back door), it's pretty much right inside the door.

Everything was perfect! Great location the inside was very unique and well decorated. The host was very friendly, Really love that it’s 420! I enjoyed my stay and I will book again!
