Charming property close to shops and services but also close to countryside walks. A generous basket of wine and snacks was provided. The property is clean, spacious and very well equipped.
We were disappointed not to be able to use the balcony despite numerous attempts to unlock the balcony door and further instructions (including a video demonstration) from the managing agents. This suggests a simpler door locking mechanism is needed. The downstairs is quite cluttered and could be presented in a more streamlined way. While we were there the nearby main road was closed for maintenance work; not sure if traffic noise would be a problem if this road was in use.

It was spotlessly clean and very well eqipped. The beds were extremely comfortable with lovely linning and soft towels. The location was a great base for exploring the Cotwolds and not far ftom the motorway and within walking disyance of local shops.
One of the pillows was really hard so none of our group used that but the other one was really comfortable so it wasn't needed. We were a group of 4, so the snuggle chair was a bit snug for 2 people. 2 sofas would be more comfortable as thete was plenty of room for it.
