La situation géographique. Proche du lieu où mon fils devait se rendre. Proche des 2 lieux de shopping mediacité ou belle-ile. Transport en commun très proche. C est au rez-de-chaussée donc pratique. L'ensemble est grand et bien équipé.
Pas facile de se garer si on vient en voiture. Divan lit pas confortable en divan. Problème au niveau connexion TV ou pas compris comment se connecter la tv à la wi fi. Je proposerais plusieurs poubelles pour le tri car j'ai trouvé nulle part des sacs bleu.
