About this house rental
Situated between the Brecon Beacons National Park and the Cambrian Mountains it is an ideal location to explore the beautiful Welsh countryside, whether on foot, bike, train or car. Seren Loft (Loft of Stars) holiday cottage is near the Heart of Wales Railway Line and only 5 mins walk from the halt station, Cynghordy - 4 trains a day in each direction.
Arranged in a coaching house fashion, the accommodation is all on one level on the first floor.
Seren Loft has a fully equipped modern kitchen including microwave and dishwasher.
There is a king sized bed in a separate bedroom with a cot if needed.
A bathroom with a full size bath with shower over.
In the main living area there is a sofa and around the corner, in a cosy nook, there are two comfy single beds (trundle beds)
Satellite tv, stereo cd/radio, a large collection of board games, puzzles, books, maps and free Wi-Fi/internet connection.
Fully central heated it also has a log burning stove, complete with a free basket of logs - and an old welsh rocking chair to relax in!
There is a table with 4 chairs for you to eat your meals at. On the terrace you will find a table and chairs overlooking the garden where you can watch the woodpeckers and myriad of birds & wildlife.
The gardens and field are there for your use. Feel free to explore!

This is a proper cosy hideaway in a picturesque and beautiful part of mid Wales.

Lovely spacious accommodation and very peaceful relaxing location. The lodge had everything we needed for our stay with a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and plenty of storage.
Gill, the owner, is very welcoming and on hand if you have any questions. The garden that the property sits in is lovely and a joy to sit out on the balcony watching the birds dart here and there. Beautiful dark skies at night to enjoy and spectacular scenery everywhere around. We had a lovely relaxing recharge our batteries break and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely return. Thank you Gill for your welcome and attention to detail.

We really enjoyed our few days in this delightful place. Gill was welcoming and even let my husband borrow her watering can to wash the car! Well, we were there to meet with other little cars just like ours...
It is very quiet with the verandah overlooking a lovely garden full of lots of birds. We were also blessed with lovely weather which I guess is not always the case. The surrounding countryside is spectacular whatever the weather.
