The apartment was clean and beautiful. We used the gym and each visit we were the only ones there so had our choice of equipment. Sound travels and there are single pane windows so be careful if your group is loud after 9pm.

We booked this Santa Ana property for a week-long softball tournament, prioritizing a full kitchen, A/C, and laundry access—all of which were advertised. While the space had some appealing qualities, our stay ultimately fell short The unit was clean, recently remodeled, and had Spanish-inspired touches. WiFi was reliable, and hot water lasted through multiple showers. The Ninja blender and coffee maker were helpful in the mornings. Two of the three A/C units worked well; one struggled to cool effectively. We also appreciated that the host allowed us to park in an alternate spot when our F150 didn’t fit the assigned one.Challenges included:• A slow-draining shower and a leaking faucet• A minimally stocked kitchen—only two pans and one dish, with no dishwasher and dishware that didn’t feel clean• Only four towels and two washcloths for a group of four staying eight nights• Off-site laundry was hard to access, often full from cleaning crews, and no detergent or quarters were provided. 1.50 wash and 1.00 dry• Beds were uncomfortable, and noise from neighbors, traffic, and late-night activity disrupted sleep• Sheer curtains did nothing to block the bright exterior lights at night• Host communication was slow; auto-responses didn’t address our concernsOverall, the unit looked nice in photos, but comfort and functionality didn’t meet the needs of a family on a week-long stay.
