About this space
Original hay barn for the historic home, circa 1894. It has been converted into an apartment with kitchen, bathroom, queen bed (located upstairs) and sitting area. It is 500 sq. feet. Covered parking. 6 miles to AMP, close Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, bike trails, restaurants, museums, airport, & shopping. fenced yard w/ private outdoor space with firepit. (FIREWOOD IS NOT PROVIDED) If the space is not available for the dates needed take a look at my other listings.
The space
The space is truly a converted Hay Barn from the late 1800's. Original wood floors upstairs and wood ceiling down. Full kitchen with all needed cookware. bedroom is located upstairs, bathroom is down. There is a storm cellar on the property (attached to main house) that can be used in the event of severe weather condition
Guest access
Entire space. Queen bed upstairs and a twin cot available. Nightly rate is for 2 guests.
Other things to note
Smoking allowed outdoors only and not in parking area, but in backyard ONLY. Please do not leave butts in yard.

It's perfect for 2 people. Extremely clean and cozy. Close to shopping, which was our purpose for staying for the weekend. The host does an exceptional job in all areas.
