About this house rental
Our Luxury townhouse is a short 10-minute walk to Derry City Centre. The property is newly refurbished to a high standard with 2 comfy king-size beds and a separate single bed to accommodate 5 people. Our bed linen is made from 100% Egyptian cotton and our new mattresses are super comfy for resting after a long day exploring our vibrant city and the surrounding county of Donegal. Our kitchen is fully equipped and there are city views of the historical Guildhall from the patio/balcony.

The house is spacious, clean, comfortable and excellent for a family stay. It is a reasonable walk to many shops and restaurants. The view of the city from the patio is amazing. Mairead is a very kind and accommodating host. She even had the place decorated for our Christmas stay. Easy, flexible check in and out. Very pleased. Hope to stay again the next time we come to Derry.

This home was just the, a home! Everything needed was there and the organization of things needed was terrific. Mairead was VERY helpful with anything that needed explanation. Don't miss the opportunity to stay at this "home away from home" when visiting Londonderry. We drove to our golf destinations from here and had the avails of a good sized town in the same place!

We had a very comfortable stay and walked to and from the city center. The hosts answered all mo questions and we had no issues with checkin or checkout
