Great location for visiting areas outside of LA. The house was comfortable and in a very quiet neighborhood. The area felt very safe and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the evenings.
Host was accommodating and replied quickly to messages.
There is nothing fancy about this home. It's a pretty bare-bones place to sleep and maybe cook a simple meal.
Some outdoor seating would be a nice addition to enjoy the So Cal weather.
However, the house served our needs well for a place for 8 adults to stay. The AC worked well and we never ran out of hot water.

Nice house and comfortable beds, HOWEVER, the kitchen was sparsely stocked (only a few old frying pans, no oven mitts, etc.), each room had its own cipher lock with a thin towel, the backyard and a large portion of the house were "off limits." The second shower was not clean. VRBO done on the cheap.
