My friends and I were in town for Pearl Jam and this was the perfect location. Quick walk to the arena and Broadway. The building itself is very nice, clean, well appointed, uses the Latch app to access the building, garage and unit. We had an issue with our codes and our host was responsive and helped get the issue fixed quickly.

Beautiful property very clean but very close to train tracks and heard trains all night.
Very limited supplies you would expect in a 4 bedroom condo. Very limited bath towels and wash clothes and extremely limited cookware. We are out the entire trip but if we had wanted to cook on we would have had to purchase pots and pans.
Also it says it’s walking distance to Broadway but keep in mind it’s about a 1 mile walk
