About this house rental
The big comfy family Bach on Ladies Mile, Manly, Whangaparaoa has large living spaces, large grounds and lots of beds.
This is not a luxury home. Pretty dated. But it is a much loved beach holiday bach.

The site is two sections. 92 & 94 Ladies Mile. The house and pool on one site and the boatshed and large grounds on the other. There is a lot of room. Over 1800m2 site.
The pool is refreshing and great for a summer dip. Safe for the kids to play. The pool is not heated.
You could toast marshmallows over the fire pit for dessert.
The large kitchen has 1.5 oven, Dishwasher, Big Fridge/freezer.
The walk-in pantry has a second fridge.
The little coffee machine does a really good job or there are cafes nearby.
Endless hot water from the gas powered water heater
There is 2x hammocks and a bookshelf of paperbacks to help you relax.
Big Smart TV to cast your favourite streaming channels.
A Netflix subscription is set up on the TV.
Gas BBQ with spare LPG bottle.
The house is heated with a large (closed door) fireplace. Firewood is in the carport.
Available for your special occasion or larger gathering - with prior approval.
This is a wonderful place for a family holiday. Great for a couple of families! A relaxing weekend or extended break.
It is not a suitable venue for a house party.
There is plenty of room for tents - with prior approval.
There is a large open boatshed, away from the house, as well as a double carport over the front door.
Please note that only the pool area is fully fenced. Not the whole boundary of the property.

One of the best beaches in the Auckland region.
Big Manly Beach is located halfway along the Peninsula on the north side. With a beautiful long sandy beach, children's play area, changing facilities, ski lane for boats and water sports. Two very large swimming zones marked with buoys. There is good vehicle access for launching boats from the beach and plenty of trailer parking. The beach is approximately one kilometre from end to end and is very sheltered from almost all winds.
No matter what the tide the beach is sandy all the to the water's edge with very little rocks or obstacles. At low tide you can also walk around the cliff edges to Tindalls Bay and beyond. There's a surf club and sailing school.
Big Manly is also the home of activity adventure companies Flying Forwards and Hauraki Adventures.

This house, yard and location is very welcoming, comfortable and well-equipped with everything you could think of to accommodate a comfortable and relaxing long weekend with family and close friends. We had an amazing stay at this charming bach. Its unique character and relaxed, family-friendly vibe made it the perfect retreat for our family. The outdoor pool and comfortable living area provided a great balance of relaxation and fun. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality of the owner and the overall quality of our experience. We would definitely recommend this bach to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Perfect location and set up for an amazing, relaxing ladies weekend away from it all. Hayden was super friendly and easy to deal with. The house was massive and had lots of breakaway spaces for our group. We had the perfect weather to enjoy the pool and a short walk to cafes and restaurants. Fabulous!
