I booked this place for my colleague, and it exceeded everyone’s expectations. I had a few concerns about booking it because it had few reviews, but it turned out to be a great choice. The house is very good located, clean and nice, and there are plenty of other restaurants nearby. If there will be availibility for our next trips for sure we will bookit again.
There is nothing to complain about.

This is really a strange review since I have never had an experience like this. Fundamentally the flat was excellent and the location is also excellent although not for a work trip perhaps.
One issue I had upon arriving was that the keylock (both of them) didn't open with the provided codes. Luckily the City Relay staff were wonderful and I got a backup key from a keynest. However, it was kind of raining and cold and miserable outside with the suitcases and took me about one and quarter hours to sort out.
The primary issue was that my bed had bedbugs. I was feeling some mild itchiness which gradually got worse over the week and I couldn't understand why thinking maybe it was my skin being dry or else something allergic. My Doctor told me that it was insect bites and definitely bedbugs as per him. The rash and itchiness really affected me terribly.
The flat itself is excellent and large. Just the hygiene HAS to be maintained. I would like to mention that the City Relay Team have been responsive and supportive and a thumbs up from me to them.
