Manque de lumière naturelle Odeur d'égoût à l'entrée dans l'appartement Insonorisation moyenne de la chambre du rdc donnant sur la rue Les toilettes ne ferment pas à clé Les escaliers sont très raides et non sécurisés

La localisation est idéale et le quartier est calme, le parking est facile d'accès et sécurisé, l'espace des communs est suffisamment grand pour 8 personnes (table a manger, l'espace TV ...)
Odeur d'égout dans l'entrée de l'appartement (+chambre avant), la literie (sommier, matelat) très bas de gamme (et abimée pour la chambre de devant), machine espresso défectueuse, la salle de bain est petite et pas pratique du tout (+ le tuyau de la douche était percé au niveau du robinet).
