A good choice for a stay in Charleroi. The apartment offers a solid standard for a reasonable price. It was clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly quiet, which I really appreciated. Great if you're looking for a nice and budget-friendly place
Keep in mind that this is a budget-friendly place, and it shows in some details, but it's still good for the price. Regarding the location, I expected it to be closer to the airport; in reality, it's about 5 km away. The hosts offer a shuttle service for €20, which is helpful but feels a bit expensive for such a short distance.

La proximité de l’aéroport en voiture et la facilité d’accès via la boîte à clés
Matelas en fin de vie. Évacuation de l’eau très difficile dans la douche et les éviers. Et les escaliers 2 eme étages étroit pour les valises

J'ai bien aimé le côté spacieux et lumineux de l'appartement. Il est aussi pratique de se garer au bord de la chaussée devant (places gratuites). La gérante était très disponible pour répondre par message.
Je pense que la table du salon aurait été trop petite si nous étions venus à plusieurs. J'aurais aimé avoir un produit de ménage et des outils supplémentaires au cas où en dehors du liquide vaisselle(exemple: nettoyant, éponge salle de bain).
Le quartier est calme mais il y avait du bruit de voix fortes en dessous tard le soir.

La verdad que la señora era muy atenta y no dejaron llevar las maletas antes de la hora y todo, pero no quita lo demás, debería de ser incluso más barato y a las 8 de la noche ya no hay allí nada para comprar ni para nada todo cerrado y no había transporte público todos los días teníamos que coger Uber

Había una fila de zapatos del apartamento de abajo y era asqueroso
Las toallas no olían bien
