Nous sommes vraiment ravi de notre séjour, l’emplacement est parfait, il est proche de tous les lieux à visiter et il a des restaurants et commerces à proximité. L’appartement est spacieux , très propre, et extrêmement bien équipé, rien ne manque. C’est la 2ème fois que nous venons et c’est toujours un plaisir. Notre hôte disponible et réactif si nécessaire.

Although the area is on the noisy side it is a great location, loved the closeness to the shops, trattorias and sites; note that most shops are closed in August. It was extremely hot during our stay (<35C) and the AC was absolutely great/ Good washer/dryer
We rented that property for 10 days, we were given only one set of bed linen and 2 sets of towels. Furthermore this is a 2 bedroom apartment and there was no provision for bed linen for the second bedroom, which is absolutely unbelievable, who says that the 2 renters have to sleep in the same room and in the same bed?
Note that 10 days rental do not allow for a change of linen or cleaning halfway trough, this is only provided for 100 Euros, a bit stiff.
There are 2 bathrooms, and only one is equipped with a tiny shower, the other one has a huge tub, so useless for shower people. Note, only accessible via a small staircase.
We dropped some water on the floor when we arrived and the kitchen paper I used to dry the floor came out brown...
Bathtub was gritty, i.e. not very clean.
No soap, body lotion or shampoo are provided.
Trash and recycle collection are very unpractical.
We had to insist in order to get 2 sets of keys; again 2 people cannot always come and go at the same time, specially over 10 days.
Furniture are not particularly nice or comfortable, no coffee table and an old sofa bed.
WIFI did not work well in master bedroom and not at all in master bathroom; not very surprising, walls are about 90 cm thick.
The app they use for registration has many bugs and is very time consuming and frustrating, Much better versions do exist
There were many annoying other little things, but we were really surprised by the lack of flexibility and the aggressiveness from management as well as cleaning crew for the extra hour we needed on the day of our departure.
It is not a cheap rental and we found the quality/price ratio to be seriously lacking.

Our stay was disappointing, especially considering the price of €900 for three nights.
Upon arrival, we noticed that nothing had been prepared for the fifth guest: the sofa bed was not set up and no towels were provided. We were then required to call the owner and wait for someone to come, which was particularly frustrating after a long journey. Additionally, we noticed that the mattress was stained, which is unacceptable for any accommodation.
We had also requested a crib, but it was neither ready upon arrival nor were any sheets provided, creating unnecessary inconvenience for our family.
The check-in process was cumbersome, requiring us to provide our details and photos of documents multiple times, as well as complete a video call for verification, instead of a simple in-person greeting, which would have been far more efficient and welcoming.
In terms of basic amenities, the apartment was poorly stocked. There was only one kitchen towel provided for the entire stay, and one of the bathrooms had just a single roll of toilet paper, which is insufficient for multiple guests over several days.
The location itself was good and convenient. However, guests with mobility issues should be aware that there is at least one flight of stairs required to access the property.
