Roberto is a very pleasant and communicative host. The flat is ideal for a short stay in outer London. There’s on-street parking available immediately outside, and it has good connections by road to neighbouring areas such as Twickenham, Kingston and Richmond. Overall, the flat is in a fairly quiet residential area which meant a good nights sleep was enjoyed!

I stayed here as a solo visitor and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely comfortable and at ease. The space was spotless, well laid out, and had everything I needed for a relaxed stay. As someone travelling alone, feeling safe and settled is important — and this place delivered on both. It was quiet, peaceful, and thoughtfully set up, which made it easy to unwind after a long day.
The bed was really comfortable, the shower was great, and all the little details made it feel welcoming rather than just functional. It genuinely felt like a home away from home.
For the price, it’s exceptional value. I actually couldn’t believe how reasonable it was for the quality and comfort on offer.
I also noticed it’s rarely available when you search — and now I completely understand why. Once you’ve stayed here, you’d absolutely want to book again. I definitely would. Highly recommend, especially for solo travellers looking for somewhere safe, comfortable, and great value.

Location, within walking distance of Twickenham
Not as clean as it could have been. The shower was either cold or boiling with less than a mm of movement, could set it one moment and a minute later became scalding. No windows other than above the bed or the bathroom to get any fresh air. Unable to open back door, handle had been removed. Concerned about a fire risk. Key safe was very difficult to open even with the correct code. Noise from residents in main house the other side of the adjoining door which again had no handle.
