We've enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous apartment! It's very cozy and has literally everything you need for a nice stay. The beds are big and comfortable and there's lots of space in the wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped, we have even enjoyed some morning toasts with the complementary jam! We also used a washing machine, which was very convenient especially when you are traveling with kids. Worth mentioning that the apartment was very clean. But the main highlights were the huge windows in the dining room and the roof terrace. The views are just breathtaking! We also would like to thank Roberto, the owner. Although we haven't met, he was always in touch via WhatsApp, he gave us some great recommendations on the local restaurants and some other places, but moreover was kind enough to let us have a late check out and to store our luggage. So we would highly recommend this wonderful apartment and hope to return there one day!
We loved everything, but... The apartment is basically a penthouse in the old building in the downtown, which means there is no elevator. For us it wasn't an issue at all! We knew about this from the beginning and we always appreciate some extra workout. However it's something to consider if you have any limitations...

Posizione piuttosto centrale, vicino alla piazza principale e al centro storico, in un condominio all'ultimo piano senza ascensore (8 rampe, 72 scalini). Ai margini della ZTL, raggiungibile in auto nel fine settimana (probabilmente non nei feriali, ma può darsi che sia dipeso dalla scarsa conoscenza della zona), con parcheggi comodi (ma piuttosto cari per lunghe soste) nelle vicinanze. La vista dal terrazzo su cui affaccia l'appartamento, praticamente il tetto dell'edificio, è suggestiva. Sono disponibili alcuni giochi di società e libri, di cui però non abbiamo usufruito. Frigorifero capiente e con reparto ghiaccio, molto utile. Appartamento pulito e dotazioni come da aspettative. Aria condizionata in salotto, dove c'è un divano-letto matrimoniale.
Il condominio è piuttosto datato e, certamente non per responsabilità dell'host, le scale sono pervase di cattivi odori.
Purtroppo l'aspetto più penalizzante è la mancanza di aria condizionata nella camera da letto, cosa che con le temperature e l'umidità di metà agosto è stata assolutamente negativa. Data la logistica e le dimensioni dell'appartamento, non è bastato accendere quella della sala per raggiungere la camera, con il risultato che c'è stato chi ha dormito al fresco e chi ha sofferto un caldo infernale anche con le finestre della zona notte spalancate. Fortunatamente non c'erano zanzare a complicare il quadro. Vista la descrizione che menzionava la presenza di aria condizionata, sarebbe più corretto specificare dove si trova e che non riguarda tutte le stanze.
