Daniele nous a accueilli en personne, prenant la peine de nous attendre à l'entrée de l'impasse où il avait bloqué une place de parking, face à l'entrée du petit immeuble. L'appartement était bien chauffé, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié! De plus, alors que nous nous étions mal compris sur le nombre de personnes, et qu'il manquait une parure de draps, il s'est arrangé pour nous la faire apporter très vite. Un très grand merci! Enfin, la situation est vraiment très pratique, à 10 mn à pied de la gare, à 5 mn des commerces ( supermarché CRAI et très bon traiteur notamment ). et à 10 mn du départ de sentier vers Monterosso.
L'éclairage de la cuisine donne une ambiance très froide. Du coup, nous avons organisé notre réveillon en déplaçant une lampe de chevet! Mais ce n'est pas très grave!

Großzügige, gepflegte Wohnung in optimaler und ruhiger Lage. Alles war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Daniele hat uns freundlich empfangen und war immer ansprechbar. Zu Fuss konnten wir in jeweils fünf Minuten den Bahnhof, das Meer und viele Restaurants und das Innenstädtchen erreichen. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt am Haus.
Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Wünschenswert wäre ein Wasserkocher und ein Fensternetz gegen Moskitos im kleinen Schlafzimmer .

Really clean, ans the host made sure to welcome us and explained all we needed to know. The apartment was well appointed with everything we needed. It’s super close to the train station (without being next to it). Levanto is actually a very pretty little town with its own lovely beach and historic centre.
It didnt bother us, but the property is next to a school which can be a bit noisy at start/break/end but really, youre not going to be spending all day in the apartment when youre in Levanto & next to the Cinque Terre.
