HIDDEN NOOK NANTES - Studio plein centre Nantes

Endroit sain, petit mais confortable et bien optimisé !! Nous y avons passé une nuit, parfait pour ce faire ! Très bonnes indications et mail de la part de l’hôte pour préparer l’arrivée !!

Petit détail : les flacons de gel douche et de produits vaisselle étaient vides. Mauvaise isolation sonore (bruits extérieurs++)

The property is well located, you can basically walk almost everywhere, there are 2 supermarket 5 mins away, and the property offers basic kitchen utensils in case you want to cook. Nespresso like coffee machine as well.

Bear in mind that I like the property and there are things that can’t be changed and things that the host could improve such as check-in time, I found it to be quite late (5pm) but the host made it available at 4pm which in my opinion is also quite late. Keep in mind that the apartment is on the 4th floor and if you know well French buildings, the 4th floor (or last floor) has a lower ceiling, I’m 1.86 (6.1ft) and I had to almost squat-walk and I have hit my head a couple of times in on very low door frame. No AC is available but an air purifier was provided so all good (maybe not for summer tho). Last but not least, according to the host they are renovating the landing hall, but till that happens the outside of the apartment looks white “dodge”. Other than that all good, but I would not stay there again.

Appartement refait à neuf. Très propre. Bien isolé du bruit de la rue. Serviettes torchons présents...

Précisez que le logement est au 4ème sans ascenseur et se trouve sous le toit à côté des greniers car on se demande où l'on atterri. Non adaptée à des personnes de plus de 1,65 cm car sous pente quasi partout dans le logement. Impossibilité de mettre les radiateurs même en ayant le mode d'emploi sur Google. 16 °C le matin. D'autre part lumière très faible avant la porte ce qui fait qu'il est difficile de voir les verrous haut et bas.
