We supply a starter pack of paper goods and cleaning products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, multi-purpose spray, hand & dish soap, and shower sets.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
Windansea is known for its picturesque ocean views, bluffs, and surf breaks. While surfing is permitted, swimming and beach side enjoyment is solely dependent on tide levels and current. Summer is typically best for low tide beach access directly in front of our home. Beach access involves moderate bluff climbing.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. Owners live nearby! No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Amazing and spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath. Very clean. Awesome communication. The views were amazing. Everything you need is all around you. We will definitely be going back. Just wow!

We wanted a vacation with ocean view and this VRBO does not disappoint. Floor to ceiling view of the ocean and surfers. Easy check in, comfortable accommodations, stocked amenities and garage parking. We will definitely recommend to family and friends.
