I suffer from artrosis and need a hot bath to linger pain after walking. This apartment has an excellent bathtub and warm water provision. The location is basically inside the historic part of Arras and everything can be found by walking. Parking is paid but for €5 you can park a day. My car stood 2 meters from the front door. Finally, I accidentally took the key with me back home and the reaction was quite friendly (of course I returned it asap).
The instructions for the first entrance are not logical. I advice that you follow the necessary actions: 1. Open de front door with code xxx 2. Look for the key locker in the yyy 3. The key locker code is zzz etc. If your physical condition is less than good the lack of a grip to help finding the first sport of the ladder to the ground floor is difficult.
It was rather cold directly under the roof but I couldn’t find instructions for the heating.

Le studio est dans un vieil immeuble aux poutres apparentes et à 15 minutes à pieds du centre pour un tarif honnête. Arrivée simple et communication rapide.
La vaisselle n’était pas reluisante et le canapé devrait être recouvert ou changé car il est plein de taches. Les tables sont toutes deux en bon état mais pas stables en raison du parquet. Le sèche-cheveux indiqué n’y était pas et l’échelle, comme précisé, assez vertigineuse. De plus, le mode d’emploi de l’appartement indique un possible surplus en cas de surconsommation de chauffage mais malgré la saison il faisait déjà froid, alors, attention pour les mois d’hiver !

La cuisine fonctionnel
La literie, gros problème de propreté, poils, cheveux et poussière très présente sur le sol, y compris dans le lit puisque j’ai du faire changer les draps
