Location is excellent.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The usual Receptionist (not the replacement one who was on duty when we walked in) was specially helpful.
The hotel has been recently renovated, which is good.
The receptionist who was on duty when we walked in before our check-in time was very unfriendly and made us feel that we had made a poor choice.
Breakfast was continental. When we saw a plate of Ham & Cheese being served to some guests, we got one and at Check-out were billed EUR 8.00, which we thought was a bit overdone for one slice of Ham a piece of cheese.
At our next destination, my wife discovered that she was missing a dress. On contacting the hotel by phone and email, the hotel claimed not to have found it. From our point of view, this was either left behind or taken by someone who had access to the room. This has never happened to us in the past at other hotels. We would advise guests to be careful.
