Die Lage ist sehr schön, trotz 1. Mai Feiertag in D war es nicht überfüllt (ausser in Renesse), die Strände der Umgebung sind sehr schön und auch das nahegelegene Brouwershaven ist ein kleines schönes Dorf. Der Hund kann bis 1. Mai frei laufen an den weiten Stränden.
Es gab etwas Kommunikation Schwierigkeiten im Parc wegen der Abholung des Schlüssels, das Zeitfenster ist von 16:00h-17:00h zu knapp bemessen. Das Apartment war sauber, schön und modern eingerichtet, der Balkon dagegen war nicht gereinigt und dreckig.
