A 2 bedroom bright duplex, fitted kitchen downstairs & seating for 4. Living area, shower room and bedrooms are upstairs. There are great views of Mount Leinster and the Killeshin Hills. There is a very small single bedroom, a double bedroom & a shower room. Also a BBQ & large garden for your enjoyment.
Very close- Barrow Way, great for walking, canoeing, rowing & fishing. Local pub & mini market nearby

Carlow and Athy 10 minutes
M9 Motorway Junction 6 to 8 Minutes
The local is an ideal location for touring the south east whilst also being an hours drive to Dublin in off Peak Traffic. Some great tourist attractions nearby include the Curragh Race Course, The National Stud and Japanese Gardens, Huntington Castle, Carlow Castle, Kilkea Castle and Atalamont Gardens
There is a local pub "Farrells" which provides weekend entertainment and you are welcome to loan 2 Bicycles, should you wish to use them

This property has beautiful country views in a quiet surrounding. It also has easy access to the motorway. It is spacious, modern and comfortable furniture. Our host was very helpful

We came from Bray through wicklow mts to Carlow and visited Kilkenny on st patricks day. The duplex is brand new and sparrkling clean. Prettierin person than the pics. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has all you need with microwave and washing machine. The towels are very soft. The view fantastic. The couch reclines and very comfortable. Nothing we were in need of. Will come back again.
Ann is a wonderful host and is just like family. She went out of her way to take care of us. Her house is next store and is gorgeous. This is a must stay if youre anywhere near, if you pass it up, you're missing out!
