Cosy terraced house "Da Norma", 2 storeys, semi-detached. In the district of San Martino 1.5 km from the centre of Terzo d'Aquileia, 6 km from the centre of Aquileia, 4.5 km from the centre of Cervignano del Friuli, 18 km from the sea, 18 km from the beach. Private: natural state property (fenced), natural garden, parking on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 200 m, bakery 1.4 km, bus stop 1.4 km, railway station "Cervignano(Venezia-Trieste)" 5 km, sandy beach "Grado" 18 km. Marina 18 km. Nearby attractions: Trieste 55 km, Castello di Duino 32 km, Udine 37 km, Grado 18 km.
"Da Norma", 3-room terraced house 75 m2 on 2 levels. Spacious, cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed, Scandinavian wood stove and TV. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with TV and fan. 1 room with 1 double bed, 1 sleeping facility, TV and fan. Sep. WC. Gas heating. Heating available only from 12.10. to 24.04. Terrace roofed.
