About this apartment rental
Nice and spacious apartment located at street level and located less than fifteen minutes walk from the historic center of the city. Due to its size this house is perfect for a family or a small group of friends. In the surroundings there are all kinds of services including supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. Given the excellent location you can enjoy a quiet stay, without the hustle and bustle of being in the heart of Valencia but being able to reach the most emblematic monuments just by crossing the famous Serranos Bridge. It is, without a doubt, a very good option for your stay in our city.

The apartment was great. It was clean and neat. The beds were bigger and better than the single beds most places have. Location was fantastic! Easy walking distance to Old Town Valencia. Just beautiful and stunning. Miguel was always responsible and helpful. Thank you.

This apartment was even better than pictured! Everything was very nice and clean. The outdoor patio is perfect. The apartment is right across the river in walking distance to main streets and right next to a grocery store and park. It also feels like you have your own private place since the door is only for access to the apartment. The only thing to note is that the master bedroom is across the patio and somewhat separate from the other two bedrooms. This worked great for us but could be an issue for families with smaller children.
