Beautiful, professionally cleaned unit at a Resort in Solana Beach, an exclusive area of San Diego. It is in a prime location by the beach (300 ft away) & the World Famous Del Mar Fair & Racetrack. It's a short drive to the Torrey Pines Golf Course & State Park. Its next to restaurants, family & nightlife activities, & public transportation. The complex has a brand new heated Pool & Jacuzzi, gaming & laundry rooms, beach amenities, & on site support staff. Perfect for all types of guests.

The location of the Sand Pebble timeshare condos is close to restaurants and shopping. The walk to the beach is close but includes a very long staircase to the beach. A half mile down the road is Fletcher's Cove, a very family friendly park and beach. Again, access is steep for strollers or wagons. The term "luxury" in the title of the condo listing is misleading. It is not luxury but comfortable with minimal additions in the kitchen and bathrooms. Bring shampoo and conditioner. There were plenty of dishes and silverware. The beds were very comfortable! The pool was great as was the hot tub. The Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs was well designed with a sink for each room and a shared toilet and shower. Downstairs was a full bath. The grounds were well kept and the pool cleaned each morning.
