The Patio over Varenna is the ideal apartment to enjoy a breathtaking view on the central part of Lake Como known as the Golden Triangle, with a view of Varenna, Bellagio, and Menaggio.
The beautiful and elegant apartment is located in a community complex that offers a pool, and it has a large equipped garden with an umbrella and comfortable beach loungers to enjoy relaxing moments, sip delicious local wine as you are admiring the belvedere that Lake Como offers.
Additionally, the garden is equipped with table and chairs to taste typical Italian style dinners with the company of relatives and friends.
Thanks to wide sliding doors that gives access to the garden area, The Patio Over Varenna is a bright apartment with a breathtaking lake view throughout the living space.
The modern style of the furniture and the use of neutral colors give this property an elegant and cozy ambience. The Patio Over Varenna is complete of all the supplies and the necessary amenities to remember this vacation for the years to come.
The spacious living area is composed of a comfortable couch, smart TV, WIFI, dining table, four burners stove, fridge, microwave, boiler, toaster, and all the necessary kitchen supplies. The apartment has two bedrooms with air conditioning, a double bed and a single bed in each, and in addition, there are two full bathrooms with a shower, sink, bidet, and WC.
Guests are welcome to use a washing machine, clothes drying rack, ironing board, and iron.
A private car garage is provided in the accommodation.

From there, you will be able to take the ferry to go to Bellagio, Menaggio, and to discover the wonders of the lake. Additionally, thanks to the railroad located just 2 km from the apartment, it is easy to reach Lecco, Milano, and Bergamo for a daily trip.

Varenna holidays provide quality service with a smile, they were a pleasure to deal with. The apartment was wonderful, well equipped, large, bright and airy, the garden was also a good size, and there were spectacular views of lake Como and the surrounding mountains from the wall to wall glass. We have rented this apartment several times over the past few years (also the apartment next door) and it remains a firm favourite among our friends and family.
I highly recommend 'The Patio over Varenna'.

The apartment was really nice, excellent facilities and the most fantastic views. The service from the team at Varenna Holidays was great.
The air conditioning is only available in the bedrooms
