This modern apartment is in a small complex, with a sunny location on the edge of the cosy village. Down the street to the right is the village, and to the left is the ski slope within walking distance! With three bedrooms, it is very suitable for 6 people. What stands out is the facade to the balcony that can be completely opened, bringing the balcony into the living room. Lovely lounging in the sun, and a nice light in the living room
The ski area of Rauris is varied and modern. It has an altitude of up to 2175 metres. From here you have a fantastic view of the Grossglockner. This is the highest mountain in Austria. The ski area is ideal for families with children. This is thanks to the clear and easy descents. There are ski schools with playgrounds where the youngest winter sports enthusiasts can practice a lot. The ski bus is included in the ski pass price. The Gasteinertal valley, Zell am See and the Hochkönig region are within easy reach from here. So should you want to spend a day skiing somewhere else, it's no problem from here.
Located in a narrow green valley, Rauris is surrounded by the mountains belonging to the Hohe Tauern National Park. The village has a hiking network with more than 295 kilometres of well-signposted trails. The hiking trails are for all levels and you can choose from day hikes, multi-day hikes and themed walks. The area around Rauris has many waterfalls, mountain lakes and streams. Want a day of swimming? The Rauriser Sonnblick-Freischwimmbad is an outdoor pool with spacious sunbathing areas and views of the beautiful mountain panorama. There are also extensive cycling and mountain biking routes and, for the daredevils among us, canyoning and rafting
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
