The property is in a great location, has a lot of character and is relatively spacious.
The parking situation is a bit of a squeeze and required coordination with the neighbours. Using the shower in the bath is a bit impractical and difficult not to make a mess. Also initially tricky to find although good written instructions were provided.

Location was perfect for Kendal, and an excellent Indian, just round the corner and. Lidle. Host left milk teas coffee sugar coffee. Also soaps, shampoos and bath salts were all a nice touch. Very clean, and comfortable. Would highly recommend and would return.

Positives - location, parking ( difficult as we have a large car but manageable)
Bath - ridiculous, impossible to shower. Very high sides. No mop available to dry the floor. Toilet seat loose Sink taps so loose almost off the sink Bed uncomfortable. Not suitable for older people. We are on a road trip around Britain and this is our 4th stop and unfortunately the least impressive.
