L' appartamento è funzionale e pulito, il palazzetto ben curato e con l'ascensore per chi avesse necessita' . È vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e alla passeggiata lungomare, tutto si raggiunge a piedi senza difficoltà. La host Roberta è una persona molto cortese disponibile e reattiva , ci ha anticipato il check-in sull'orario previsto e durante il soggiorno ci ha dato tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno.
Pescara è una città vivace , essendo la zona frequentata per i localini e ristoranti è facile nei weekend sentire il vociare anche a notte fonda.

Totul a fost exact cum trebuie. Curatenia impecabila, facilitatile complete si bine intretinute, locatia foarte buna si usor accesibila. Am avut parte de liniste pe toata durata sederii, ceea ce a contat mult. Caldura in camera a fost optima, iar presiunea la apa foarte buna. Gazda a fost super ok, Roberta, foarte amabila si disponibila. O experienta placuta si fara probleme – recomand cu incredere.

Leuk appartementje, goed gelegen, zeer proper
Heel veel lawaai van buitenaf, de ramen waren niets geisoleerd. Voor 1 u 's nachts kan je niet slapen in het weekend. Precies alsof je op straat ligt met je matras.
Het bed is dringend aan vernieuwing toe. Als je met 2 in bed ligt, rol je naar elkaar toe, omdat de matras helemaal doorzakt.
Als je iets wil koken, moet het zeer simpel, want er is zeer weinig keukengerei, en niets van kruiden of olie.
