Ger-Y-Bwlch - Spacious static on 5star site with Swimming Pool

Easily located and access to key. Clean and up to date caravan. Very good site with great pool, sauna and helpful staff.

Host had not sent relevant info to reception so were kept waiting for nearly an hour to use the pool on our first morning. Everything fine after that, thank you. As eating out (and many local attractions) are so expensive now, we cooked and ate in the caravan most evenings. Kitchen equipment could do with additional items - oven gloves, bigger frying pan for a family, potato peeler (and masher which we went out and bought and left for next visitors).

Lovely and clean, great location, great amenities on site, owner very helpful. Kids loved the pool and the staff on site were lovely too.

The property was lovely - amazing views, with some really welcoming touches (Welsh cakes, some snacks, milk, tea and coffee). Directions were very clear and checking in was seamless. We made use of the facilities on site which was perfect on a rainy afternoon.

There is nothing we didn’t like.

Location is excellent for what we wanted.

Just a few small issues at the property: The seating area was uncomfortable No blind provided on window of shower room No bath mat so the floor got soaked The saucepans are covered in rust! They need replacing Bedding e.g the duvet and pillows are really thin and cheap. The plug does not fit the kitchen sink so I could not fill the sink to wash pots and had to use running water Overall, the caravan is nice but needs some tlc. Attention to the details mentioned above and just a few added touches such as providing a teapot, a serving bowl, a tray etc and if would be excellent.
