It has a great location, easy to find and easy for self check in.
Even though it’s small everything is very comfortable and in good condition. A very complet kitchen in a small space, well thought.

Close to the main sights of the city.
Well equipped, including coffee machine with pods.
Good bathroom and shower. Plenty of room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge and kitchen.
Although I found the info about the apartments (ours was part of a converted house) a bit confusing, on the day the people in the reception office further down the road were very helpful, and we left our bag with them whilst we went and explored.
The fixed slatted blinds in one of the front bedrooms was a bit broken/patched up, but didn't stop the light coming through, so made for an early wake up call.
A mirror in the bedroom would have been helpful.
Whilst the location in Mill Road was great for closeness to city centre, and the restaurants, pubs and shops, it was very noisy very early in the morning with shop deliveries etc - take ear plugs!

We booked 2 apartments. The executive flat was lovely with 2 bathrooms and apart from poor siting of plugs/mirrors, was well equipped. Located on the vibrant Mill Road we had a great choice of places to eat and found it easy to walk into the centre. We appreciated the supplies of tea coffee toiletries etc.
B flat upstairs had some issues. The twin room really isn’t fit for purpose as it’s virtually impossible to squeeze past the end of the beds so isn’t practical. The wooden bedroom blinds in this room were broken so light and noise couldn’t be kept out making it very noisy especially being on the front of the house. It was reported and we checked past reviews proving the issue was known since September and not resolved.
