Nette Menschen, gute Lage (See, Supermärkte, Gastronomie, etc. alles fußläufig erreichbar), schöner großer Pool, gute Ausstattung (z.B. Tiefgaragenplatz für's Auto, Spülmaschine,...)
Matratzen in den Betten sowie die Auflagen der Sitzgarnitur müssten u.E. mal gewechselt werden (hängen inzwischen durch). Das eine oder andere Teil in der Ausstattung müßte technisch mal überprüft werden (div. Lichtschalter, Halterung Duschkopf,...) Weingläser wären auch ganz nett ;-)

Матрасы и наличие муравьев в ванных комнатах. Отсутствие доски для нарезок фруктов и овощей, все приходилось нарезать на тарелке ( а это очень неудобно)

Lokacija, smještaj odličan za dva para, dvije kupaonice.
Rasvjeta u kupatilu na ogledalu nije radila, općenito dosta loša rasvijeta, noćni ormarić bez rasvjete, madrac je već dosta korišten i udubljen, jastuk pretvrd.
