L’alloggio è nuovo e ha una bella vista panoramica. La cucina è completa e ben attrezzata, e la metro è davvero vicina. I letti sono molto comodi. Segnaliamo la presenza di un'ottima caffetteria/pasticceria sotto casa.
C’è stato un problema con la tassa di soggiorno. La struttura ci ha addebitato un importo superiore al dovuto: eravamo due adulti e due bambini, ma abbiamo pagato per tutti e quattro. Una volta arrivati, abbiamo scoperto che per i bambini non era prevista la tassa. Abbiamo contattato più volte la struttura per chiedere chiarimenti, ma purtroppo non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta. Alla fine, per risolvere la situazione, ci siamo dovuti rivolgere direttamente a Booking.

L'appartamento in sè sarebbe anche carino ma ritrovarsi con il riscaldamento spento dopo che era stato espressamente richiesto di accenderlo prima del nostro arrivo, in tarda serata, è stato a dir poco spiacevole. Del tutto oltraggioso invece accorgersi che la caldaia risultava in blocco e che il riscaldamento non avrebbe funzionato MAI durante la notte. Del tutto inaccettabile, mi spiace
