About this apartment rental
This spacious maisonette apartment has recently been refurbished and awaits you, your family and friends with a cozy & modern design. It offers a spacious living/dining area with an open-plan kitchen and a bathroom in the lower part of the apartment. There is 1 bedroom in the upper part.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. A passenger elevator is not available.

The location is very good:
The train/bus station is about 3 minutes' walk away. In 5 minutes you are in the middle of the city.
Facilities
You can start your day with a good coffee and enjoy all the nice amenities of this apartment. It has 1 comfortable double bed, a large TV and a well-equipped kitchen with stove, oven and fridge. A spacious dining area allows you to enjoy meals together in a pleasant atmosphere.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.
With 2 comfortable sofa beds (each 1.45 m x 2.76 m), the apartment also offers space for a further 4 people.
Do you also need a baby crib? We are happy to provide one on request.
A duplex parking space (above) is available in the underground garage. Further parking spaces are available for a fee, e.g. along the street in front of the house.
We provide bed linen and towels once per guest. We also provide small amenities such as shower gel and coffee for you to use in the bathroom and kitchen.
Additional services:
- late check-out is subject to availability and can be booked for an additional charge
- Intermediate cleaning, fresh towels and bed linen can also be booked during your stay for an additional charge

Pros: Julia's flat is spacious and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. It is near to the centre and to the station, if you want to travel by train. We all love our Easter Holiday there and I think we will come back as soon as possible.
Cons: Maybe a washing machine could be useful for long stay.
