The Space:
There are two bedrooms and 1 full bath on the first floor, along with a large open concept living space which allows you group plenty of space to gather! Upstairs you'll find three additional private bedrooms with an open sitting space equipped with TV and classic arcade video game machine, rounded out by a full bath. Perfect!
Proximity to Entertainment:
Shops, dining, Drinks & Nightlife - extremely walkable!
Downtown, distilleries, & Yum Center! - less than 2 miles
Air Port, Expo Center, & Kentucky Kingdom - 5 miles
Parking: There is no dedicated off street parking, but there is street parking directly outside your front door. It's free all along the street with no limitations. First come first serve.

Guests will enter with a door code and have complete use of the space.

The Highlands is an incredible neighborhood with so much to do! Fun, excitement! You are right off the famed Baxter Ave - your only limitation is how much time you have!

The property was beautiful, spacious, and well-located, making it a great value for the area. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and we enjoyed the local dining and parking options. However, communication from the host was lacking—we had to ask for the address and received no response about some issues during our stay. The backdoor lock was faulty, causing security concerns, and the video game system lacked a power cord. Also, only two rolls of toilet paper were provided. Despite these minor setbacks, we still had a great time in Louisville.
