The home enjoys a central location in Juelsminde, just a few hundred meters from shopping facilities, restaurants, and the sandy beach. Here you can combine the peacefulness of holiday life with the lively charm of the town. Spend your days exploring the marina, enjoying fresh local cuisine, or relaxing at the nearby beach. After a day of activities, you can unwind in the hot tub under the open sky or gather in the winter garden for cozy evenings together. With its mix of comfort, space, and an excellent location, this holiday home makes an ideal base for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Juelsminde. Please note: rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
