About this house rental
This well-maintained vacation home is located on an elevated site in the popular vacation home area of Vellerup and offers a beautiful view over the fjord. Originally built in 1975, the wooden house was extensively renovated at the end of 2020 and combines the charm of a classic vacation home with modern comforts. Inside, you will find a bright, open-plan kitchen and living area that leads directly onto the large wooden terrace. Here you can enjoy the view, eat together, or spend cozy hours outdoors. The living room has a TV with Chromecast and Danish channels. For a restful night's sleep, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a second room with two bunk beds and a total of four berths – ideal for families with children. The house also has a practical utility room with a washing machine and a modern bathroom.The beautiful terrace invites you to light the barbecue and enjoy the peace and quiet, the sun, and the magnificent view over the fjord. The spacious grounds offer plenty of room to relax or play. Vellerup Sommerby is particularly attractive for families and is known for its child-friendly beach with bathing jetties, where the little ones can safely enjoy themselves in the water. Another highlight is the nearby petting zoo, where children can play with goats and experience animals up close.This vacation home offers the perfect combination of nature-oriented relaxation, a family-friendly environment, and modern amenities.Please note: Rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
