About this apartment rental
Good apartment at Rim Holiday Center located on the ground floor very close to the pool and the other common areas. The apartment is furnished with a small living room where both kitchen, dining area and double bed are located. In addition, a larger bedroom with closet space and double bed. In the entrance hall, which is connected to the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, a single bed has been set up so that the apartment can accommodate a total of 5 people. The apartment has 2 good terraces. One faces the outdoor pool area and miniature golf, so there will be activity during opening hours. On the other side, the terrace faces the car park to the south. Feriecenter Rim has many activity opportunities, including indoor and outdoor pool (seasonal), mini golf, tennis courts, ball courts and playgrounds. Short distance to shopping, restaurants, the Wadden Sea, Havneby with the maritime environment and the wide Rømø Sønderstrand. There are only approx. 100 m to 18-hole golf course. There are good shopping opportunities and opportunities for walks along the harbor and down by the Wadden Sea. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
