About this house rental
Knagsgaard is one of the area's older marsh farms and was from 1822 to 2003 owned by the Knags family. The farm has since welcomed several guests, especially the nature-loving people. The history of the farm is felt in the entrance hall, where you are greeted by the older beautifully painted doors with carvings. The ground floor is furnished with a large separate and well-equipped kitchen as well as a large combined dining and living room with TV. The house has a large utility room, from which there is access to two bathrooms, a double bedroom and a staircase to the house's three other bedrooms, which are located on the 1st floor. From the utility room it is also possible to get out into the courtyard and from there around to the house's large garden with lawn and large, sheltering trees. This house is also ideal both for those who want to hike, or those who want to bring the bike and take advantage of the beautiful bike routes in the area. There is a charger for the electric car at the cottage (plug type 2 10 kW7h) A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
