About this house rental
Holiday cottage with energy-efficient heat pump located on 1150 m² natural plot approx. 500 m from the Limfjorden, bordering an open field. The house was renovated and added in 2014. Combined kitchen and living room with i.a. ceramic cooker and dish washer. The living room has flatscreen TV, stereo set with CD player, PlayStation3 with games, table football and wood-burning stove for a cold evening (firewood included). There are 3 bedrooms and an extra double bed in the living room. The bathroom has whirlpool for relaxation. In the garden you will find various activities i.a. swings, football goal and croquet. On the nearby camp site you can enjoy the cafeteria and the children can enjoy the playground. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
