The Neighborhood:
You’re right in South Cerney village, surrounded by everything you need. Pubs, cafés, takeaways, and two small supermarkets are all walkable. The lakes of Cotswold Lakes are 10 mins away on foot, offering water sports, walking routes, and scenic views. Cirencester is a 10-minute drive for markets, boutiques, and culture.
Getting Around:
• A car is helpful but not essential
• Bus stop nearby on the Cheltenham–Swindon route (No.51)
• Kemble Station is 15 mins away with direct trains to London
• Plenty of flat cycle paths around the village and lakes

This house is really spacious with a huge garden (could do with a tidy up), sparkling clean, well equipped kitchen, easy parking on the road outside and is pet friendly. There are 2 supermarkets within a 5 min walk plus 2 pubs, a fish and chip shop and Indian nearby. Its very close to the Cotswolds lakes. The only negative are the sofas in the lounge. They are not in the least comfortable and are more suited yo a waiting room which is a real shame as the lounge could easily fit a large L shaped comfy sofa. All in all the property is really nice and i would definitely recommend it .... but please replace the sofas!
