300m from the center with shops, taverns, bakery, butcher's shop, pharmacy and swimming pool. The start of the Albsteig long-distance hiking trail also begins here.
The train station and bus stop can also be reached in a few minutes on foot

The completely independent 75sqm apartment with its own entrance (east side) is located in my former parents' house, which was modernized in 2022 and is rented on the 1st floor.
The apartment is barrier-free and the new bathroom is also suitable for seniors. However, a base level of 5cm must be overcome at the entrance door
You can cater for yourself completely in the kitchen and there is enough cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils.
Refrigerator, dishwasher and electric stove are available
We have a beautiful double bed with two mattresses 200x90cm and there is a huge closet in the bedroom.
There is a large living room with a dining table and a nice sofa.
The bathroom was completely renovated in 2021 and a washing machine can be used
There is a storage room where the recycling waste should also be sorted separately into individual containers
You can spend time outside comfortably, either covered or in a sunny spot on the lawn.
For our cyclists there is a shed to store their bikes on the east side of the house.
