Welcome to 'La casa di Francy', a two-roomed apartment in Viareggio style, where the warmth of hospitality blends with traditional Viareggio style. Located in the heart of Viareggio, a short distance from the beaches, the lively promenade and a stone's throw from the central station. Viareggio, in addition to being a well-known seaside resort, is known for its effervescent Carnival parades and features a splendid Art Nouveau promenade with its nightclubs, restaurants and shops of famous brands, but not only..... it is possible to experience the town on foot and by bicycle, but especially the seafront by means of the bicycle path that connects the various tourist resorts of Versilia. This makes it suitable for joggers and cyclists. No less interesting are the Apuan Alps that characterise and embellish the area with their paths and views of the sea. Viareggio is the strategic point for those who want to discover the cultural, culinary and good wine wonders of Tuscany. In fact, it is 20 minutes from Pisa, 20 minutes from Lucca, 50 minutes from Florence and the beautiful Chianti (with its wine tastings) can be reached in a couple of hours.

Cute little house in the city center, about 5 minutes from both train station and city center. The apartment was recently renovated and all rooms were clean and tidy.
Only tip to the host: please consider changing the mattress, it does not seem old but it was very hard to sleep on.
