We've just returned from our stay in Annecy and enjoyed our time away thoroughly. The house was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean. With three large bedrooms and open plan living space, we had plenty of room to get comfortable. The property is entirely secure so is safe for your dog or children to play about. The swimming pool alarm to prevent accidents was also very thoughtful. The house is light and bright with windows all around. There were very few critiques but if I had to mention anything, the one toilet located upstairs was a bit tricky. The main bathtub/bathroom is downstairs where two of the bedrooms are located, but the toilet is back upstairs. Logistically the layout doesn't quite make sense. There is also evidence of the house undergoing renovation as some internal elements are not yet finished, door frames, etc. The stairs can be a bit of a risk for smaller kids. They are wooden and can get slippery. They are steep without a handrail. I'm not sure if the property has a stair gate, but it would definitely be needed should you have toddler and smaller children. The property includes towels and bedding. Aesthetically speaking, towels all in white along with wide bed sheets/duvets/etc. would offer a cleaner more streamlined, finished off look, befitting of the property, but that is merely a superficial suggestion. Overall, I felt that the photographs used to advertise the property didn't do full justice as the home is better in real life than in the pictures - that is a huge compliment as that rarely EVER happens. I'm a discerning house guest and felt very comfortable and relaxed. Thank you for your hospitality and care. We hope to return someday in the future.

Well equipped house for a family holiday. Lovely pool and garden! The sofas and seating areas in the house were extremely comfortable. A perfect location for a very relaxing holiday, with lots of activities close by if you want a more active holiday.

There are few comments we have:
1. The house is pleasant, comfortable.
2. There is only one(1) toilet....it is not enough.
3. Missing Wi-Fi for guest use.
4. Location is good, very close to Annecy.
I will recommend this place.
