About this apartment rental
Duplex apartment with 2 bedrooms located on the ground floor and 1st floor. At 150m from the Zeedijk and within walking distance of the center. Garage in Res Rapide at 300m included in the price. Pets not allowed, non smokers. Layout On the 1st floor is the living room with an open kitchen, a toilet and a sunny balcony with a bistro set. The 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with a bunk bed and the bathroom with shower are on the ground floor. The bedroom with the double bed has access to the tiled terrace at the back. You also have access to the closed terrace via the entrance next to the neighboring building. Ideal for storing your bicycles safely (outdoors).
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

We enjoyed a lovely family getaway here, The kids had a blast at Koksijde Kids - Bungee Jump, which was just a short walk away, The apartment was well-maintained and had plenty of space for everyone
